Don't Do It..... you are making a big mistake!! I brought the car on a Saturday at 432 pm. Was told that they would be closing soon.so it was pretty much a rush job. So once the paper work was finished they gave me the keys and we were on our way. When we were 5 minutes into driving home the car over heated and broke down. Thank God I have triple A from my car I gave back a week before because I would have been stuck on the high way because they were closed and would not be open until Monday. I know this because I called there hot line and pressed 2 for service and got no response other than to leave a message. Ever since then I have been up Essington every week and in every week I had the car about three days out of a full week. The other days it was in the shop for repairs. I only had the car for a month now. I brought the car on 4/20/2016 which makes the car 21 days old. I was told that Ifor I cancel the lease I would have a voluntary repo on my credit report and I will owe them $10,000. One time they told me that one of the managers was not there everything I called. So I decided to go up there and he walked right buy me. And his name was J.P. in was told if you Lie you cheat, and if you cheat you steel. And they are doing all three. More

Worst place imaginable!!! Got a car from this place, had nothing but electrical problems since day one. We made them well aware of the situation numerous times, they didn't wan Got a car from this place, had nothing but electrical problems since day one. Abs light brake light and heater core were all bad. Shut off on us numerous times. Their version of fixing the antifreeze leak under the hood, was a joke. Bubble gum on the hose.... Wth. Took the car back and noticed that none of their mechanics are state certified. They were doing inspections without a license. Would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. They just take advantage of people. More

The sales rep told me that I was required to pay for some additional damage waiver TWICE when I asked - even though I had full coverage on my vehicle and then after 6 months of payments, I switched pay weeks and was told that I never had to have that additional coverage, but they couldn't refund me because I signed the paperwork stating I wanted it. I was told it was required!!? Of course I signed it! That's not to mention all of the mechanical issues I've had with the piece of trash car! Don't come here, reader! The staff is unprofessional, rude and lie to their customers. I've been hung up on by "managers," told that I couldn't get my car towed (after 20 days into my lease it broke down) because my car "was in NJ and per my contract, I'm not allowed to drive to NJ." Per my contract, it can't be more than 50 miles out of the radius of Philadelphia for more than 30 days, so she lied about that as well. Not to mention, I'm still waiting for the service manager to call me back from that incident 4 months ago -- and I told the person who took the message that I was stuck on the side of the street with a broken down car. I still haven't gotten a call back. Thank God for AAA! Don't believe me? Look on the better business bureau website, reader! It says right here they were sued for deception in March of 2015!~ RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! More

after you get a car, they dont care! I went to get a car in May. Endy was my sales person, he was friendly everything was good while I was there. Not even after a month the car starts squealing and jerking! I'm on a hill and I'm in drive and the car starts going backwards! I ended up having to get pushed up a hill so now I have a smashed bumper! I called several times about this issue and theysaid oh we will tow it but all of our rentals are unavailable! To top it off I traded my old car in and it took them a month and a half to come get it! The police were knocking on my door saying the stickers are expired and the car was abandoned and that's a $600 fine because it's still registered to me! Oh and I put trans fluid in and it comes right back out!!! This place is horrible I'm sure they knew this but it doesn't matter cause Endy got his sale! More

I will never get a car from this dealer again. The brake light,abs light, gas guage and thermostat guages dont even work. we have only had the car for about a month and should not have these problems since they say they inspect them More
