Drive a Dream Overall, I thought this dealership was average. The salesman Ameer was very helpful with information over the phone. He was very good about texting and sending information. However, when I went to pick up my new car at dealership, my 2016 Infinity QX80 did not look like it had been detailed. I took it to a local shop to have this done when I returned home. It was disappointing considering the cost of the car. There were no mats in the car and it was pouring down rain. Only one paper mat was on the driver's side. The dealership did end up shipping new mats to my home. Therefore, I was able to change my review. Ameer was helpful to get the mats shipped to me ASAP. Aziz was kind enough to take me to drop off rental car and bring me back to the dealership. Nobody went through the car with me to show me how everything worked. Ameer was on vacation so perhaps it would have been better if he were there. More

Not your average used car dealership I usually hate shopping for cars because i feel like I am over paying from a sleazy sales person. This was totally opposite. Great First Experience If you can get past the concern around driving a vehicle on a manufacturer buyback then this is a great place to visit. Highly discounted vehicles at what I consider a fairly reasonable price. They have the carfax and reason for the buyback in a confirmed document from the state the vehicle is from. The staff is very friendly and professional, even the guys who were not going to make a commission off of my sale. The dealership is new, clean and spacious. The only problem I have with the facility is there is no covered area to inspect the car. This was a big problem for me as the week I went through this process it rained the entire week. They allow a short test drive in order to minimize added mileage as people are shopping. They also allow you to take your vehicle to a dealer/shop to do a preinspection to be sure the vehicle checks out. They suggested I take my trade elsewhere to get more money and it worked so that was appreciated. They have inhouse financing available if necessary. They offer a 3rd party extended warranty at what seemed to be a fairly reasonable cost. Maybe a little much but reasonable if you are a person who likes to extend warranties. .They picked me up carmax when I did my trade and also agreed to fix the minor issues with the vehicle. Overall it's been a great experience so far. As long as the small issues are fixed I will definitely plan on returning when my wife needs a new vehicle. More
