My purchase of 2021 Toyota Sequoia was easy and stress free. Sal Amir and Roman were both customer-friendly and made the entire process comfortable for me. The whole process was smooth and no stress. The communication was easy. We mostly texted due to schedule differences. Basim helped us with pricing over text. Finally, Ameer (very friendly and approachable) assisted us with our final drive test, all the last questions we had, prepping our paperworks, having our new family vehicle ready for us.
