Drive A NIGHTMARE is more accurate! Regretfully, I made the decision to purchase a vehicle from this company against my better judgement and initial instinct. The draw was the many Tesla Regretfully, I made the decision to purchase a vehicle from this company against my better judgement and initial instinct. The draw was the many Teslas that were visible from the street on the lot. Sales Reps were cordial on initial approach. To my excitement, they had the color combo Model S I had been scouring the internet for. My sales Rep (PK) did a great job of listening and answering my many questions. Test drive followed and went well. Disclosure on the CarFax stated there was an accident, but described as not requiring reporting in the state of CA if under $750. Ok with me. Proceed with the transaction to purchase this car. Approximately a week later, on a whim, decided to assess the value of my vehicle if I were to trade now. Used Carvana and learned that they would only offer $9,700 on over $40K car! “Why?” I asked. Car was reported as being sold at the dealer auction as having known “frame and structural damage.” Condescending Ricky (if that’s really his name) said that this information was disclosed by everyone. They did not. In the end, I had unknowingly signed a document acknowledging that I was aware of the “structural damage.” Shame on me. The icing on the cake comes when Tesla Service shared with me that my car’s warranty is marked for an eventual voiding of the warranty due to the aforementioned structural damage. The motor and battery are warranted through 2021 but will likely not be honored per Tesla. I proceeded to discuss this with the Drive A Dream team only to be shown the document I signed with condescending Ricky telling me that I was informed by 3 different people that the vehicle had structural damage. Not true. My sales Rep had no idea about the structural damage, but has shown his lack of integrity by remaining silent. My experience with DRIVE A NIGHTMARE has lead to many sleepless nights. I can only hope that Tesla will show more grace than this dealership and keep the warranty on my $9,700 Tesla Model S. I highly recommend that you stay away from this establishment and never buy a “Buy Back” vehicle from anyone, especially Drive A Nightmare. You too will lose sleep and a lot more should you do business with these people...guaranteed. More

And luckily, I got a super great sales agent, Ameer Deep, who’s very honest in explaining the car’s history and had recommended to have the car pre-inspected to make sure that I’m not frenzied in making my decision. I would like to give him a six (6) stars rate for his service and patience. Everything he said about the car is up to par. My Lexus RX 350 is very handsome and smooth. Love, love, love it. I highly recommend Drive A Dream (DaD), excellent staff (Ameer and Moe). DaD, you just made my dream come true. I’ll be back for my next dream. More
