They offer fantastic deals on late model cars with minimal defects. Speaking of, Rich was very thorough with the explanation of how their dealership operates and is able to offer lower, aggressive prices on premium autos. Again, we have not picked up the car yet, therefore, I can’t comment on it’s performance and reliability and value for the money. But the sales process was very quick, easy, and friendly (especially for an out of state cash buyer). More

Only thing I’d change - I don’t know their margins, but wish it didn’t have to be the cliche “let me check with manager” back and forth. I initially offered 3% below stated asking to get the deal done on the spot, which just started the 30 min negotiation process. That said, I have his business card and I’ll go back to him. More
