The finance Dept, Kevin, the sales manager, Arian Mohebi, are the most unscrupulous individuals you will find in the car business. Ameer my sales person actually seemed to be a very honest person. Unfortunately the sales people have no control over who gets the sale. The company's position is, give us 1,000.00 and you might get the car you want. I went through the entire sales process, price agreed upon and contract prepped only to be lied to repeatedly about it missing fedex pick up and it would be to me the next day twice. Texted with Ameer on several occasions asking about status and the tracking number he and Kevin both assured me that the contract was coming. I asked what address it was sent to and Kevin confirmed my home address. Still no contract, I call again and leave a msg. Finally I get a call from Kevin saying I got you on speaker with my sales manager, bla bla bla for ten minutes then, but we got the car for you. Not the one you thought you bought but it's even nicer. Yeah. A total sham, they should not be permitted to sell off site. The classic bait and switch. Driveadream.com. Do not deal with Driveadream, drive a dream. I have been in the service and sales industry for 30 years. When someone asks you for a 1,000.00 non refundable deposit it is not you they are concerned with. It is there way of controlling their deceitful behavior. More

We recently bought a manufacturer buyback from Drive A Dream. Our sales associate was Ameer, who did a great job on providing all the details of the car and guiding us through the process. Since we are out of state, the car was delivered promptly to a mechanic of our choosing for review and was ready for us on our pick up date. The signing took less than 10 minutes before we were driving the car off the lot, making this one of the best car buying experiences for us.
