There was a lack or communication from sales agent when things went wrong, we had financing, they had our down payment, and didn't deliver, it seemed as if we were supposed to just accept whatever! I expected to at least see the vehicle, press a button, sit in it to make sure it was a good fit before purchasing, but all that seemed important was that you signed the documents. I even drove to the lot to see the vehicle and miraculously, it was not there. I trusted my sales agent when he said my vehicle would. I started out excited but ended up a very unhappy customer. It was during the Covid 19 shutdown, and I searched the country but only Drive Dream Dream and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was during the Covid 19 shutdown, and I searched the country but only Drive Dream had the car and luxury features I was looking for. The staff was incredibly available and responsive throughout the remote car buying experience. They patiently explained the meaning of a “manufacturer buyback” and walked me through the financing process. We also went over every inch of the car remotely by video.
