Will Cruz was the salesman who found the right wrangler for me. The stock on hand in the lot is well mixed but there really isn't the room for every model configuration. No need! After finding out what I knew I wanted, Will arranged to have the EXACT MATCH shipped promptly to them. No trying to get me to take something different or anything like that. I ordered several dealer installed options which made my wrangler perfect. Jeff checked with me if everything I expected was met before making the preparations. When I came back to pick it up, Jack went over every line item on the purchase order, with the breakdowns to show what I was paying for and how it added up. Every step of the sale, Will again always kept me in the loop with phone call updates and was immediately accessible every time I called him. Every member of their team I encountered is extremely attentive to the customer, communicates exceptionally and always makes sure that no questions or concerns are left unaddressed. Now their location happened to be convenient for me, where I live and work but based on my experience there I recommend going out of your way to seek them out. I'm not saying that there aren't a lot of good people to buy from but I will say that if you are in the market for something they sell then you should consider them because you really couldn't hope to have a better car buying experience than I had here. The long and the short of it is Jeff, Jack and Will juggled a complex process that required lots of back and forth between me, them and the people on the corporate end. Still, the Bradshaw guys never stopped being friendly and straightforward, and I was able to pick up the new vehicle a week after I took the test drive. They even made sure I had a full tank of gas, detailed the vehicle, and gave me a free oil change coupon. I would recommend Bradshaw Chrysler/Jeep to anyone in the market for a new car. You can expect courteous, professional treatment from a great team of players! More

The Patriot was just as he described it , clean , well maintained and priced right . I drove it with William and we came to a price , an hour later my daughter drove it home ! Full tank of gas , two keys , plate swap and financed . Jeff Tucker took over and did the paperwork in a short period of time . He explained the details to me and my daughter and didnt push anything on us . I first found the truck I bought from this dealership online on Autotrader.com. I then contacted Mackey who does the internet sales and he responded right back very quick. He answered all my questions and had the truck out front and cleaned after a snow storm ready for me to test drive. I then worked with John for the sale and the finance department. Within a couple of hours, I had a nice used truck all clean with a full tank of gas. This was one of the best dealerships I have ever did business with. The guys in the salesroom were all friendly and chatted while I was waiting. They did all the work, including changing my registration from my old car and my insurance. I highly recommend a visit to this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep or Chrysler or a good used vehicle. More
