It took 6 days to get financing with literally no follow up or updates from John. Once everything was said and done we got the vehicle and left. One of the papers we signed was from an independent inspector up or updates from John. Once everything was said and done we got the vehicle and left. One of the papers we signed was from an independent inspector stating that there were no issues found with the vehicle. 15 minutes after leaving my wife noted a crack in the windshield that we reported to John. No return call. Texts went unanswered. Literally no communication. I filled out the google review noting that we had 9 texts, 8 phone. Alls with voicemail. No answer. Instead of remedying the issue John decided to lash out at us in google stating that the form was not an inspection of damage but an inspection of what repairs may have been done in the past. He was not kind. But still no follow up. We supposedly have a warranty on the vehicle but no information on how to use it or who to contact. Overall I feel that we were lied to, and scammed on the warranty. More
