Ripped off So my wife and I were dealing with Nole and Greg in making a purchase on a BMW X5 within 48 hours of the buy I was driving the car it started smelling So my wife and I were dealing with Nole and Greg in making a purchase on a BMW X5 within 48 hours of the buy I was driving the car it started smelling like it was burning oil so I called and talked to Nole about this smell and he stated that it never got serviced and I just needed an oil change so I took it and got an oil change few days later same issue started smelling something burning so I called again this time asked for Greg I was told he was out but he would call me never no call since having the car for less than 2 month still nothing has been resolved they had it in their shop a good 2 weeks of the time I’ve owned it just got it back from the shop last week check engine light still on so I’ve now contacted an attorney and filing a law suite against them hopefully everyone reads this before buying from these guy especially Nole More

My wife and I have very different schedules and it can sometimes be very difficult for us both to be there for car shopping. Gregg let me fill out the paperwork and take it home pending wife approval. I took her for a ride and she loved it (sold). Called Gregg to finalize the purchase and all was well. After I had the car a week the coolant reservoir cracked (common problem on these BMWs). Called Gregg and Noel and they made sure to reach out and get me in for same day service. Great service and a great experience. I will be shopping with them in the future. More
