Although I am strong, independent and self-sufficient there is still something remarkably daunting about making large financial decisions alone when resources are so tight after so many years of making such decisions with another person....When you factor in additionally having 4 kids counting on me, the pressure to not fail them at times can feel overwhelming. Please understand, I had extensively canvased both internet and sales lots for numerous hours each day for weeks. Finding an SUV for under $10k that wasn't ancient, had less than 180k miles and wasn't covered in rust was like seeking a unicorn! When several of my searches kept directing to AC Motors, I felt I had to go see their inventory in person... I am not saying this lightly, IF you buy a used vehicle without looking at AC Motors first, the only guarantee you'll have is that you missed out on finding the best fit for you and your family at the best price...From Escalades to a Charger, their small lot packed a powerful assortment of luxury cars and trucks to vehicles built purely for fun (there was DEF something for everyone and then some;) Our salesman Willis was compassionate to my situation and despite what most people think of car salesmen/women, he never came across as desiring a "sale" but rather, being a genuine person trying to help my kids and me with this next chapter in our lives'! And best yet??? To my absolute surprise, his lot was FULL of unicorns...If you think finding a unicorn is hard, just imagine how hard it is keeping them in stock! (If we had arrived 10 minutes later than we did as a drop in, the family who arrived mere moments after us to buy our truck most certainly would have--yes, the deals are THAT good!).
