I would be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2017 Volvo V60 from this dealership this fall. I notified the dealer of the repair costs I incurred as a result of the damage ($3352.60) and asked if they would like to come to some sort of agreement on the repair costs. They only offered a slightly discounted rate on repairs, which had already been completed by my mechanic. The quote from the shop was provided to the dealer "ADV NOTES: VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN A BIG ACCIDENT. RADIATOR IS JUST FLOPPING AROUND, MULTIPLE PARTS ARE BENT TO SECURE THE RADIATOR AND BROKEN - WE CAN TRY TO FABRICATE SOMETHING OR RIG SOMETHING UP TO HELP IT FROM FLOPPING AROUND, SUBFRAME IS BENT UP FRONT, HAS DIFFERENT RIMS THAN IT'S SUPPOSE TO, BOTH FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS ARE BENT - PASSENGER SIDE IS WORSE THAN THE DRIVER SIDE, BOTH INNER TIE ROD ENDS ARE BENT, HARD TO TELL IF THE OUTERS ARE BENT BUT WE HAVE TO REMOVE THEM TO REPLACE THE INNERS SO THAT IS THE TIME TO REPLACE THEM. ONCE THIS IS DONE IT WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE ALIGNMENT SHOP AND FINGERS CROSSED THE STRUTS ARE NOT BENT. FRONT STRUTS ARE NOT BENT AT THIS TIME. PASSENGER FRONT DOOR DOES NOT LINE UP PROPERLY. YOU CAN SEE IMPACTS ON BOTH FRONT RIMS TO. I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE ARE HUMAN AND MAKE MISTAKES AS WE ALL DO BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW NOBODY NOTICED ANY OF THIS DURING AN INSPECTION BEFORE THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD. IT'S SO OBVIOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND REACHING OUT TO THE COMPANY WHO SOLD YOU THE VEHICLE AS ALL THIS STUFF SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT WHEN THEY DID AN INSPECTION BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE - I WOULD ALSO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU/REIMBURSE YOU FOR SOME OF THE REPAIRS. I GET MAINTENANCE THEY NEVER DO BEFORE SELLING A VEHICLE." More

Don't do it! Mechanic speaking here. They sell garbage and Mike is an absolute A$$. Go to a dealership that certified their used vehicles. Multiple issues with de Mechanic speaking here. Multiple issues with dealing with this place and the vehicle I'm in $5000 for repairs that are not covered on warranty and or gave out only a few hundred miles outside of their warranty. If I didn't need a vehicle ASAP I wouldn't have bought from them at the time. Again just don't do it go else where More

Bought a Yukon from Mike 2 weeks ago, he told me an inspection was done and nothing wrong with it. I went not even 100 miles, and the check engine light was on and flashing I text him and he said not t inspection was done and nothing wrong with it. Mike told me take it in see what is wrong when I called him and told him the issues which are AC didn't work, 4 injectors needed replaced, and side detection system has failed. I can't even drive it and it at the shop which will cost me 2900 to fix it. I called Mike and he told me too bad you didn't buy the warranty and hung up on me. DONT BUY HERE YOU WILL GET A LEMON WITH NO HELP FROM THEM. More

Bought an SUV 6 months ago at Bloomington and now the is engine gone, it never even had enginelight on. Went to get first oil change and have it tuned up by my trusted mechanic and he said it is not even wo engine gone, it never even had enginelight on. My mechanic (my family has been going to him for 10 years and have cars with 400,000 miles) said they would have know when sold to me. Never buy from them, I got xxx*ked. Thanks xxxxxxxx for costing my family $10,000 hope you all enjoy my money because now I have nothing to show for it. Get it checked by independent mechanic before purchasing.
