AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Amazing experience all around! My current lease is up in about a month so we've been researching and looking at a few different cars the past few week Amazing experience all around! I went solo to D&R last Saturday to test drive the Countryman S ALL4 and was very clear up front it was only to keep it as an option or rule it out but that I would not be purchasing anything that day. After a fantastic test drive with John Park, he gave me only the basic numbers I requested and his contact info. ZERO PRESSURE! He let me know that if the Mini were to remain "in the running" to just text him to let him know and he'd see what he could get done throughout the week via text so we wouldn't be at the dealership for hours on a weekend (something nobody wants! Haha!). My husband went in on Thursday to test drive it as well and gather a few more figures. He had a great experience as well and said he felt zero pressure from anyone there. We decided it was the car and dealership for us and went in today to pick it up! John was (again) as fantastic as could be! Super friendly, helpful, honest, no BS, and no pressure from him or anyone there. We met with Jim Barth to finalize deal, and last but not least, a stop in Kevin Lawton's office to make the papers all official! All three were a pleasure to work with! Genuine conversation and pleasantries, no "sales person fakery/BS" going on with this team! My new baby (Maximus) is happy in my garage and I'm so grateful for the awesome team at D&R Mini! Also comes with amazing perks like loaner cars and home pick up options if you need service and all oil changes and service fixes are included!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

When you really want a no worry service relationship. So I've had my mini for a year now and you know what...I STILL LOVE IT! Now you can ask "Why" and the answer is simple. It's a fun, sporty car that can handle being a family car while having the horsepower and feel of a sports car. You'd think that would be enough, but it's not. I'm a busy guy, I'm a guy that usually drives the tires and mufflers off cars and will live with a sound or minor issue just because I'm afraid of the repair bill or having to go without a car while it's being fixed. Not with Dreyer and Reinbold Mini! When I bought the car I told them straight that I'm a horrible owner, and I drive a lot (30k+ miles a year) they said "don't worry about it, with our service packages, we got you" . My thoughts were "sure", but since then I've had my oil changed, a condensation issue, and a bubble in the side wall of my tire. You know what they charged me? $0. You know what they did? They gave me a loaner each time to keep me going. Every time, my blood pressure goes up, worried about the experience. Every time I go in Elijah is there with a smile and never I mean never a question of if it's going to be handled. He almost laughs when I ask "So what do I owe?" Mini D&R's Service department's slogan should be "Don't worry, we got you. Keep motoring" More

Dreyer and Reinbold Mini is a wonderful place to buy a car, so much so that 2 weeks ago I drove 4 hours back to Indy in order to work with the team there on my second Mini purchase! John Salz is a great salesman, knowledgeable, honest, easy to talk to, and does not pressure you in any way. He makes the test drive fun too! The whole team is very helpful and when I'm ready to get another Mini I will absolutely be coming back to Dreyer and Reinbold Mini! More

I worked with a totally accommodating and witty salesman, John Salz. (He made us laugh as we folded his tall frame into a very small backseat) Then, he was 100% pleasant throughout the test drive, inspection, offer discussion, closing paperwork, pick up, detailing and all the communications in between. John is a man with great access to facts — lenders and rates, other cars in the area, and the pros / cons of each of them. He successfully worked a huge and favorable swing in my loan rate. (Thank you, John!) He is also the very forthcoming fixer! If a part is delayed, “Please hold on to that loaner car until we can get you squared away.” If everything was ready but the detail, “How about you give me a good time for your schedule and we’ll get you in here when it’s convenient for you. We’ll get it fixed up right.” Always accommodating, friendly and professional. John is an A+ salesman who makes me want to tell people about my experience. Very friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. You could feel that the staff all enjoyed their job and believed in their product and ensuring a positive customer experience.
