When you really want a no worry service relationship. So I've had my mini for a year now and you know what...I STILL LOVE IT! Now you can ask "Why" and the answer is simple. It's a fun, sporty car that can handle being a family car while having the horsepower and feel of a sports car. You'd think that would be enough, but it's not. I'm a busy guy, I'm a guy that usually drives the tires and mufflers off cars and will live with a sound or minor issue just because I'm afraid of the repair bill or having to go without a car while it's being fixed. Not with Dreyer and Reinbold Mini! When I bought the car I told them straight that I'm a horrible owner, and I drive a lot (30k+ miles a year) they said "don't worry about it, with our service packages, we got you" . My thoughts were "sure", but since then I've had my oil changed, a condensation issue, and a bubble in the side wall of my tire. You know what they charged me? $0. You know what they did? They gave me a loaner each time to keep me going. Every time, my blood pressure goes up, worried about the experience. Every time I go in Elijah is there with a smile and never I mean never a question of if it's going to be handled. He almost laughs when I ask "So what do I owe?" Mini D&R's Service department's slogan should be "Don't worry, we got you. Keep motoring" More

John Salz is a great salesman, knowledgeable, honest, easy to talk to, and does not pressure you in any way. He makes the test drive fun too! I worked with a totally accommodating and witty salesman, John Salz. (He made us laugh as we folded his tall frame into a very small backseat) Then, he was 100% pleasant throughout the test drive, inspection, offer discussion, closing paperwork, pick up, detailing and all the communications in between. John is a man with great access to facts — lenders and rates, other cars in the area, and the pros / cons of each of them. He successfully worked a huge and favorable swing in my loan rate. (Thank you, John!) He is also the very forthcoming fixer! If a part is delayed, “Please hold on to that loaner car until we can get you squared away.” If everything was ready but the detail, “How about you give me a good time for your schedule and we’ll get you in here when it’s convenient for you. We’ll get it fixed up right.” Always accommodating, friendly and professional. John is an A+ salesman who makes me want to tell people about my experience. Made appointment for Mini with loaner car to be available I made appointment and reservation for Mini service six days in advance. I live 2 hours from Indy, so I scheduled my service appointment on date that I made appointment and reservation for Mini service six days in advance. I live 2 hours from Indy, so I scheduled my service appointment on date that I was going to be working in Indy. I arrived for service appointment but no loaner cars were available -" but I had a reservation, I need a loaner car so I can go onto work at two different locations in Indy." Within the 2 hour window, someone could have called me and told me a loaner car was not available. I had to leave to go to work in my Mini without being serviced. So, I am not very happy. I drove 4 hours (total) and no service. If I had known, in advance, I would not have gone out of my way to drive to the north side of Indy as my appointments were on the west side of Indy. They did offer to call me an Uber, but I was headed to two separate locations and they made no mention of paying for it and my return. When I returned home that evening, I sent Dreyer & Reinbold an email from their site. No email or call from them. Poor service and they didn't touch my car! More
