Horrible treatment Oil change, they cut a gasket. Oil leaked everywhere. When fixing their first mistake, they somehow cracked my windshield. Before I left, I made them Oil change, they cut a gasket. Oil leaked everywhere. When fixing their first mistake, they somehow cracked my windshield. Before I left, I made them aware and they would let me know what to do. Three days and several messages later, they told me they had no intention of making it right. Their initial walk around form that was completed by the service coordinator does not mention a huge crack running the entire height of the windshield. But it’s there now and they were told about it prior to my pulling out of their garage. Last car I buy from them. This makes my fourth car purchased from them but my last. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Amazing experience all around! My current lease is up in about a month so we've been researching and looking at a few different cars the past few week Amazing experience all around! My current lease is up in about a month so we've been researching and looking at a few different cars the past few weeks. I went solo to D&R last Saturday to test drive the Countryman S ALL4 and was very clear up front it was only to keep it as an option or rule it out but that I would not be purchasing anything that day. After a fantastic test drive with John Park, he gave me only the basic numbers I requested and his contact info. ZERO PRESSURE! He let me know that if the Mini were to remain "in the running" to just text him to let him know and he'd see what he could get done throughout the week via text so we wouldn't be at the dealership for hours on a weekend (something nobody wants! Haha!). My husband went in on Thursday to test drive it as well and gather a few more figures. He had a great experience as well and said he felt zero pressure from anyone there. We decided it was the car and dealership for us and went in today to pick it up! John was (again) as fantastic as could be! Super friendly, helpful, honest, no BS, and no pressure from him or anyone there. We met with Jim Barth to finalize deal, and last but not least, a stop in Kevin Lawton's office to make the papers all official! All three were a pleasure to work with! Genuine conversation and pleasantries, no "sales person fakery/BS" going on with this team! My new baby (Maximus) is happy in my garage and I'm so grateful for the awesome team at D&R Mini! Also comes with amazing perks like loaner cars and home pick up options if you need service and all oil changes and service fixes are included!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More
