Dreyer & Reinbold BMW and MINI

My husband and I recently had our bmw repaired at Dreyer & Reinbold BMW Carmel. The mechanic did an excellent job and was very personable and knowledgeable. The front office staff is very unfriendly, not very helpful, and rude! I will not be returning to the dealership!!! More

It’s very unfortunate to go into a dealership and have your good credit rating get shoot down fair/poor. If you are a sales person and working to be the best please don’t offer to help if you know what yo your good credit rating get shoot down fair/poor. Especially people of color which includes me. To run a credit report to 4 or 5 lenders is absurd!!! Now it’s back to square one to work off the hard inquires. Horrible experience!!!
