When looking for a pre-owne I noticed that Dreyer & Reinbold had been a customer orientated dealership from the moment I walked into the facility. When looking for a pre-owned BMW the sales person allowed me to drive a number of vehicles, look them over and he was very knowledgeable regarding the BMW brands. We were at the dealership for a number of hours and they offered to purchase us lunch and offered us something to drink a number of times. Due to the exceptional customer service I purchased a BMW from Dreyer & Reinbold two days after my first visit. When a problem arose with my BMW I made an appointment, dropped off my automobile and a free BMW loaner was waiting for me. I was able to keep the loaner for a week (due to my schedule) even though my BMW was repaired. I returned the loaner and picked up my BMW, it was cleaned inside and out. I was so pleased with the customer service at Dreyer & Reinbold I purchased another vehicle from them, which now meant I had to drive 300 miles because I no longer lived in Indiana. I would recommend Dreyer & Reinbold to family and friends because of their exceptional customer service, the quality of their products (BMW & Mini) and their service department. More
We actually purchased a mini s & only had very short time & realized we should have bought a countryman with the 4 doors & alittle taller to get in & out of. Jerry was very helpful both times & helped u time & realized we should have bought a countryman with the 4 doors & alittle taller to get in & out of. Jerry was very helpful both times & helped us find the "right 1 with options we wanted". We got to drive any car we wanted (both times) & there was never a question we asked he couldn't answer. We would definately recommend the dealership to friends(& have)! Oh, did i mention he went beyond what any salesman has ever done for us by helping getting the mini picked up for service. When I was looking for a new car this year, I decided to try a Mini Cooper S Clubman. I wasn't sure if this would be the perfect fit for my needs, but after working with Jennifer, I was sure! She was very try a Mini Cooper S Clubman. I wasn't sure if this would be the perfect fit for my needs, but after working with Jennifer, I was sure! She was very helpful throughout the entire process. It wasn' t just a sale for her; she made sure that it was THE purchase for ME! When I stop by for the car wash, she always chats with me and asks how it is going.....I really appreciate the honest follow up. Chris was very helpful during the actual purchase. He took me through all of the financing parts carefully making sure that I was understanding everything. Thank you Dreyer-Reinbold for employing such great people!! More
I had a great experience with Jennifer and the Mini dealership. She took her time with me not only demonstrating the car, but during the sale and after. From initially helping me place my order, based on a wide variety of options, Jennifer was there to answer all my questions and keep me posted on my car's status. She sent periodic emails to let me know where it was in the manufacturing process, the shipping across the Atlantic, and finally the delivery status. She was extremely customer service oriented and was incredibly helpful upon delivery with a lengthy orientation of the car and its controls and settings. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and would recommend Dreyer & Reinbold - specifically Jennifer - to anyone interested in a Mini. I can not imagine a better, more positive process! I'm looking forward to a long and happy relationship there for service, as well! More

I had a terrible experience with Dreyer Reinboldt. My MINI overheated and I followed the directions in the Owner's Manual, in reference to my dash warning lights, to the letter. At first, Dreyer Reinbol MINI overheated and I followed the directions in the Owner's Manual, in reference to my dash warning lights, to the letter. At first, Dreyer Reinboldt was helpful since my MINI was under warranty according to manufacture date and mileage. For weeks they assured me, "No problem". Then they wanted me to pay first $700 and then over $2000 so they "could do their job". My MINI was there five (5) months, not repaired, and they were billing me. Finally, I had the MINI picked up on a flatbed and moved to Bloomington and paid, out of pocket, to have a new engine put in the car. Dreyer Reinboldt reinforced every negative stereotype "used car salesman". By the way, the MINI in question was purchased new from Dreyer Reinboldt. More
