I just purchased my second Mini from this dealership. Jerry is my salesman and when I was picking up my clubman from service I was looking at a countryman in the showroom and I told Jerry I really liked Jerry is my salesman and when I was picking up my clubman from service I was looking at a countryman in the showroom and I told Jerry I really liked that car as it just might meet my needs. Jerry said he had a couple of great countrymans he could show me and we set up a time to test drive.......the car was running, warm and waiting for me when I arrived, needless to say I loved the countryman, handling, room, extra we just why I wa looking for. My husband is really sick and didnt feel well enough to come in the showroom to sign papers so they took everything out to him to sign, and didn't blink an eye! That is what I call service and dedication to their customers. I would highly recommend Dreyer Reinvold for BMW or Mini. More
Bought my 2nd new Mini today, the Countryman. It rides like a dream! My first Mini was purchased used (not from Dreyer Reinbold). After getting that Mini serviced there I have since purcahsed 2 new Minis like a dream! My first Mini was purchased used (not from Dreyer Reinbold). I spent over four months trying to find the right car from a good dealership. Most of the interactions I had with other dealers followed the stereotype... but not Jerry, Jennifer, or any of the staff at from a good dealership. They really gouge customers on parts and service. For some reason, BMW let Dreyer buy up all the dealership franchises in state. When my local dealership was bought by Dreyer, I had to travel to Indy for some reason, BMW let Dreyer buy up all the dealership franchises in state. When my local dealership was bought by Dreyer, I had to travel to Indy for service. The prices they charge are grossly over what the local dealer would charge. Also, new car pricing was 4-5,000 over what local dealers would charge. When I bought a new car, I went with Lexus. I also experienced misleading service info from customer rep. If you are past BMW 5-year plan, go to black forest motors for service and see the difference. I gave Dreyer bad marks on their online form and the customer rep called and chewed me out that I was hurting HIS numbers. I contacted BMWUSA, but received no response. More
I have owned both a BMW and MINI and have always used BMW service for repairs/Oil changes and have always been an evangelical buyer of Dreyer Reinbold. My experience today was bad enough that I will NEVER p service for repairs/Oil changes and have always been an evangelical buyer of Dreyer Reinbold. My experience today was bad enough that I will NEVER purchase another BMW/MINI from this location. The service technician lied and then was dishonest about the conversation we had previously. When i asked to speak to the service Manager, everything went from bad to worse. The service Manager was disrespectful, condescending and rude. The figures for service repair that i had previously recieved from the service technician were inaccurate and then the service technician stated he had told me things that he had not told me. IF THIS IS THE NEW WAY TO DO BUSINESS WITH DREYER REINBOLD, I AM NO LONGER AN EVANGELICAL BUYER, I AM JUST THE OPPOSITE AND WILL CONTINUE TO LET EVERYONE I CAN KNOW OF THE LACK OF RESPECT AND SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED TODAY! My Husband and I went to D & R to look at a couple of used Beetles. Knowing I wanted to drive a mini before I purchased a vw Beetle to compare them. However when I got their, they had been sold.
