The salesperson, James Newman, who assisted me, was professional but also personable. He answered all of my questions and introduced me to other members of the dealership. I am completely anti-dealership most especially when it comes to repairs. I always do my own repairs, however, when my clutch on my WRX refused to disengage... I was forced to rely on professionals to fix comes to repairs. I always do my own repairs, however, when my clutch on my WRX refused to disengage... I was forced to rely on professionals to fix it. Most transmission shops will not touch a WRX or any Subaru for that matter except chain shops like Edward's or AAMCO. My first WRX had to have a clutch replacement and AAMCO had it for 3 weeks and I paid through the nose! Edward's quoted me $2,200 in labor alone this round. So, I reluctantly decided to call a dealer at that price point.. Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru replaced my clutch & clutch fork in 48 hours (would have been faster, but had to wait for the clutch fork to ship) & labor was roughly $800-$900. They changed my transmission & diff. fluid which was included. John, my service advisor called me daily and kept me informed. Didn't push to get more $$ out of me like most dealers/shops will do, nor did they replace parts that didn't need it because I was at their mercy. All around changed how I view dealership service with this one encounter & in the future if I ever have a big repair I can't do myself, they WILL be the only shop I call! More

As an Army veteran going to the car dealership for me was like reliving the fogs of war! This was my first experience with this dealership and I have to say Daniel and whole team at Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru like reliving the fogs of war! This was my first experience with this dealership and I have to say Daniel and whole team at Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru where amazing. At Dreyer & Reinbolt customer service means something! From the time a walked in it was the most comfortable experience I have ever had when looking for a new car. Daniel answered all my questions and took extra time going over all the features with me even before I took the car out for a test drive! After which the purchasing process was quick and very easy thanks to Daniel and the whole team! They where very respectful of my time and before I knew it my car was ready for me to take home. Daniel took all the extra time I needed to go over everything again with me and to set up my new car with all the fancy high tech electronics that comes with this Subaru. Like I said in the beginning they have definitely changed my perception of what the car buying experience could be and I am highly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail to ensure that I had the most satisfying buying experience. Daniel solved every issue we threw his way, and let us convince ourselves that the Forester was the perfect car for us. This dealership has shown some tactics u would expect from a low end dealership unlike what I thought i was getting .. dreyer reinbold is a staple in Indiana that’s why I felt comfy with them I presented from a low end dealership unlike what I thought i was getting .. dreyer reinbold is a staple in Indiana that’s why I felt comfy with them I presented issues with reverse on my car and they deny it is happening and refuse to assist on a good natured manner !! This wasn’t a 5 thousand dollar car this was almost 20,000 dollars had it 9 days and reverse went out and they told me it’s not their problem More

From the very beginning, Julia Denham was fantastic getting my car scheduled and working out the pick-up and drop-off process. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and made it so seamless. Then, I met Mike who brought me the loaner car and picked up my car. He was so professional and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my car was well taken care of. He even reminded me to grab whatever I might need from my car before he left with it. Mike brought my car back to me sparkling clean. I’ve always thought no one could ever beat Chick-Fil-A with their level of customer service but let me say, y’all have taken the number 1 spot in my eyes!! Thrilled to be a Dreyer & Reinbold customer!! More
