I have been searching for months to find my daughter her first car. After dealing with countless dealerships trying to take advantage and adding extra fees to the sale price, I luckily found a car at this d first car. After dealing with countless dealerships trying to take advantage and adding extra fees to the sale price, I luckily found a car at this dealership. To my surprise the deal was honest and straightforward. Garrett was wonderful throughout the whole process! I am thankful we were able to have such a good experience and that honest salespeople and dealerships still exist. I highly recommend them!! More

This was my first ever purchase of a brand new, off-the-boat vehicle. Valerie Bustos, at the Greenwood location was excellent to work with. Best service visit in my sixty years of automotive experience with dealerships and maintenance staff. I dreaded the first oil change and the hour drive to Indianapolis. When the service manager piled experience with dealerships and maintenance staff. I dreaded the first oil change and the hour drive to Indianapolis. When the service manager piled on factory recalls, I balked. Jill offered a loaner car, gently suggesting that the seat belt inspection was a safety concern but the computer linking could wait. After signing all the papers with Elizabeth, I sat in the service car to call my daughter in Colorado. "Maybe you should just get it done since you're already there," she advised. This sounded very familiar, so back to Elizabeth for complete service including recalls. Before leaving, I made one more trip inside. Everyone laughed when I asked for directions to the restroom. Randy delivered my car on Monday as promised. My overall rating for Dreyer and Reinbold BMW: can't wait for the next service! More

Jon and all the staff at Dreyer & Reinbold VW are the best at providing customer service and taking care of your car. I was unable to get to my appointment the morning I made it. I left shift at the fire best at providing customer service and taking care of your car. I was unable to get to my appointment the morning I made it. I left shift at the firehouse and came home to my 2 year old sick. Mom had to be at work this particular morning and I had no other option. Julia and Monica had a driver with a VW loaner to me in 30 minutes! I was doing some maintenance and upgrade items, Josh in the shop is excellent at completing work thoroughly and correctly. He even provided pictures of my intake valves pre/post cleaning. Jon makes sure everything with my car and service experience is exceptional, every time. I would say I was impressed, but I am used to the quality and value that I get from years of being a customer here. Thanks so much! More

As an owner of a 2018 VW Tiguan, when I bring it in for it's annual service I am greeted with the most kind, professional staff Alex, Monica and Rachael whom always treat me like a VIP. They cover any concerns I may have, and go over future requirements if needed. When the car is ready, I am greeted by the gracious cashier, Tara whom not only is professional she makes sure to send me off with a good safe trip.
