Very Positive Experience I was very pleased with my experience. I worked with Jason Hall to get my new Forrester. Due to personal considerations, I did not want to take delive I was very pleased with my experience. I worked with Jason Hall to get my new Forrester. Due to personal considerations, I did not want to take delivery of my car until at least the third week of December. I test drove the exact Forrester I wanted in mid-November but needed to wait. He found another Forrester that was scheduled for delivery in early December. I put down the deposit and waited. While out of the country, Jason contacted me letting me know the car would probably not be delivered until early January. He even offered me the car I test drove as it was still available. After texting back and forth for approximately an hour, I decided to wait for the one to be delivered in January. During our back and forth, the car on the lot was sold. I guess it was meant to be. Upon our return the the US, I contacted Jason and learned the car would not arrive until the second week in January. He kept me informed as the status/location of the car until it arrived at Dreyer & Reinbold. I would highly recommend Dreyer & Reinbold.. I was also impressed with Justin who spent approximately an hour and fifteen minutes with me reviewing the technology in the car. More

Service I have been driving BMW vehicles for a short time. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the service staff at D&R.
