Jay, thank you for your honest feedback. After reviewing your visit, I noticed some missing pieces of information. Dealers do not control the military discount and its qualifications; they are controlled by the manufacturer. You did not want us to run your credit, yet you wanted us to quote you an interest rate. As for your trade, yes, we gave you what a nine-year-old vehicle with 200,000 miles is worth.

Wow, we didn’t say not to run our credit. We said if the price is right we would buy that day. A salvage yard gives 500-600, so you are wrong, and it is false advertising to say military discount and then say oh, it is just for retired military people. Also our girl said she would fight for it like she had in the past for other people so apparently it has been done. You had plenty of room to move. Your process was poorly ran. We actually just bought a truck at Victory Chevrolet and their process was top notch. Also went to Mississippi to buy a truck and was treated top notch there as well. Dream Nissan or maybe it was just you, Chris, that is ruining the sale for people. The new guy that test drove the car was nicest one. Alyssa (I believe, was her name, did what she could minus going to bat like she said she would) was pretty good but we were mostly put off but the final negotiating. We know good customer service and you didn’t show it and your above response just demonstrated it.

Tim, thank you for shopping with Dream Nissan all the way from Colorado. There are no scams here. As most third party websites say, please check with the dealer for pricing details and availability. Our pricing does include discounts for having trades which are listed on our website clearly. Even then, we waved our discount for you and you wanted an additional $1,300 off our best price. By the end of the day this vehicle was sold. I understand the frustration of missing a good deal. but that does not make us shady scamming liars. Please keep an eye out for a happy customer with their new Tundra on our Facebook and Instagram. Anyone that is reading this review, please understand we are a first come first serve sales operation. We cannot hold a car for you unless you are prepared to leave a deposit. We price all of our vehicles very aggressively, most customers do NOT prefer the haggling back and forth. We can assure you that our staff knows exactly what our price is and tried to walk you through the discounts provided. What we cannot do is control 3rd party websites projecting the wrong price on their websites simply because we do not run those sites. If you visit any of our trusted websites, you will see in our disclaimers, "We are not responsible for any pricing that is found on 3rd party websites (IE Cars.com, Autotrader, etc.)" This is listed on every car. Again, we understand that this is frustrating, and we will make sure to let cars.com know they have the price listed incorrectly. Due to the current market conditions, cars arriving on any lot across the country from manufacturers will almost always sell within minutes of arrival. One thing to keep in mind is that over 25 people online are trying to sell the same car as the 15 people in the store. That's 40 people trying to sell one car to 40 different people or more. I understand that there is nothing we can do to improve this situation for you and your family.
