Procedurally they are very efficient and polite. Unfortunately, we were lied to about electrical issues, codes and water damage. Ended up this car had 5 historical codes including electric wiring issue and the timing chain failure. I would not purchase a vehicle from them and would strongly caution anyone whose interested in one of their cars. Do not purchase one of their cars without taking it to a mechanic first. We certainly wish we would have. They will lie... asked "any water damage" no they said. There is significant inside water damage. Asked what about "lights on dash and codes", told its the new tires and an easy fix. Nope, wiring is not factory and makes no sense to two mechanics. Asked "any serious mechanical issues in codes". They said no, they lied... camshaft intake timing off is a huge issue. Watch them closely. Buyer beware. More
