Service Fee I had a repair to my truck rear door, latch sticking. Approved the repair and checked the bill. There was $12.00 Service fee. I questioned the charge, which I was told " we do a complete check of fluids, battery". I stated I did not ask you to do this. The response that is what we do at a dealership. I asked for the work sheet which was blank. Then the lady got a tad testy with me and I again stated " All I asked you to do was repair the latch, nothing else. Needless to say I will not return there!!!! Rip off place More

It was due for an oil change and I also wanted to get a general check up on the car. The receptionist that took my call was very pleasant to talk to. She assured me that Dralle has corvette certified technicians and my car would be well taken car of. I brought the car in and was greeted by a service advisor that was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all of the questions that I asked. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there and confident they would do a great job taking car of it. The facility is extremely clean and professional, but I also felt that they cared about me and my car. The service was done perfect, I was in and out in no time. While I was waiting I looked at a few Corvette's and talked to a very friendly salesman too. From now on I will always bring my Corvette into Dralle to be serviced and when its time to move on and get another Corvette I will go to Dralle to buy it. More
Extremely dissapointed Poor. Would not bring my car back here. Went in for a brand new caliper. They charged me for a new one, but just replaced the brake arm to look new an Poor. Would not bring my car back here. Went in for a brand new caliper. They charged me for a new one, but just replaced the brake arm to look new and rebuilt the old caliper. Not to mention they put my lug nuts on with 200 pounds of torque. Broke 3 tools just trying to break them. They also couldn't find what my clanking noise was, took my tire off today and it's my sway bar end links. Can see it clear as day, but they couldnt? Never bringing my car here again. More

Went down the road to get a the same year and make vehicle without the pompous sales man and a much better price. More
This dealership has a foul mouthed manager that uses foul language on there customers. The finance department has double talking people working for them that promise you one thing and deliver another. We pur language on there customers. We purchased an Extended Warranty Plan that when we purchased it, we were assured it was refundable, which turns out it is not or should I say they won't. Money that was used to purchase the warranty Plans was to be used for payment of the plans and nothing else. The finance man was asked a number of times about the refund policy and we were assured it was totaly refundable. The finance man took our money used for the Warranty Plans and put it towards our down payment after telling us it would not be used in this manor. We were assured of a discounted price on the plan and asked why the full prive of the palne was on teh contract and we were told he had to show the full cost for legal reason and we need not worry, we paid a dsicounted price for the warranty, but after further investigation, we found that the finance man rolled the cost of the plans in our loan and is now financed in the loan at full price. A call was placed to Mike Panozo the Sales Manager of the dealership informing him we wanted to cancel the warranty and get our money back. He refused to help and chose to use foul language on me on the phone. After writing a letter to the owner Dan Dralle, he called a short time later telling us he was working with his rep from Ally Bank that financed the car. Dralle called a couple of days later to inform us that he was working with his rep and he saw no reason why they would not return our warranty money. A number of weeks went by and no call back from Dralle. Dralle was finally reached only to tell us that his rep would do nothing to get our money refunded and he(Dralle) suggested that we contact the bank ourselves and try to sweet talk them into giving us our money back, money that had no reason being in the hands of Ally Bank. General Motors was contacted by letter for help. After two weeks of being told it was being looked into, we recieved a call from GM stating that GM was not going to get involved, it is between us and Dralle. FYI: The bank that financed the car Ally Bank is in fact owned by GM. So now we sit, with nobody to help us, we have been cheated and lied to by members of the staff at Dralle Chevy, and our money was misdirected, intentioally, by the fianace man Terry Stalla. The last thing we were told is Ally Bank would refund the money, not to us like it should be, but because it was rolled into the loan the refund would be applied to the loan. Dralle Chevy should be rufunding us our money and not the bank. It was Dralle's employees that were dishonest and decieving during the sale. I would not reccomend Dralle Chevy in Peotone ILL to anyone EVER!!!! It's buyer beware. More
Ted was a pleasure to deal with.He sold me a used 2008 Trailblazer at a very fair price.He gave me a very fair price for my trade-in,and did everything he promised including picking up and delivering our Trailblazer at a very fair price.He gave me a very fair price for my trade-in,and did everything he promised including picking up and delivering our truck to replace a wheel center-cap and emblem. We live about 1 hr. away so that was very helpful.We were so pleased with their service my dad purchased another Trailblazer from them for himself and recieved the same service we did. We both will recommend this dealer to our friends & relatives More
They used to have excellent service but have a huge turnover and cannot provide their customers with excellent service. I have waited on average 30-45 minutes just for an oil change. Their Full serv turnover and cannot provide their customers with excellent service. I have waited on average 30-45 minutes just for an oil change. Their Full service guarantee claims that they will look at your car with you and check all areas of your car and if they don't their lube is free but this is a lie. They often just tell you to go and wait in the lobby where you wait for way too long. I will go elsewhere for service because I can't depend upon them for my service needs. More
