Honestly, the service at your center is not equal to other service centers. We also have a VW and the service at the dealership is much better. I waited around a lot at your center. I had to get a loaner because the service was not completed at the end of the day. When I returned the car the service staff was in a meeting. The person helping me seemed to expect me to wait until the meeting was done before I could get my car. I finally let him know I could not wait and he found someone to bring me the key. Not helpful at all. The woman at the cashier desk was great. I’m just giving you this feedback because I would want to know if I was managing this service center. More
My service was only supposed to take 35 minutes said the letter I got from Subaru. 6 Nuts needed to be checked for tightness. Ended up being at the service department for 2.5 hours. I wish Subaru would send out clearer expectations of time the service would take. In the end nothing was even done because my front pipe exhaust nuts were tight enough. They gave me my letter of correction for emissions and I was on my way. But they left a hair cap in my car which was gross, along with all seat and floor covers. More

Kevin Guo did an excellent job being familiar with what needs to be done to my Toyota Corolla when I told him my car have trouble starting the engine. When I arrive at the service center, he immediately had a mechanic work on my car and replace my car with a new battery. It took only 30 minutes to get my car in and out of the service center, it was quick and I was happy the job was done the same day I called to schedule my Toyota. Thank you Kevin for such great service and knowledge of the problem with my car. Highly recommend friends and relatives to Kevin Guo for all future service to the Toyota service center in Oakland.
