Well, it was a problem that came up out of nowhere on the freeway as I was driving home. Fortunately Oakland Subaru is on the way so I stopped in. They were able to schedule me in the next day, and they h freeway as I was driving home. Fortunately Oakland Subaru is on the way so I stopped in. They were able to schedule me in the next day, and they had a rental car available. To top it off, the item (valve manifold) was still under warranty. At the end of the next day, I swung in, swapped cars and I was on my way home. Everyone there was nice and helpful and very much on top of things. We've had all our service done there, and this was just one more reminder why. More
I had the incredibly frustrating experience of arriving at 8:55 for my appointment and then waiting over an hour before being checked in.
