Called to tell me a part I’ve been waiting for since October was in. Made an appointment for 7 am. I arrive, and at 9:30 am (2.5 hrs later) I’m told they can’t find the part. After another hour I’m told October was in. Made an appointment for 7 am. I arrive, and at 9:30 am (2.5 hrs later) I’m told they can’t find the part. After another hour I’m told they must have called the wrong person and that it was a mistake. No estimate for when my part is due to arrive which makes me wonder if they gave it to someone else. All in all they wasted 4 hours of my time and I’m still no closer to a resolution. Terrible experience. More

Daniel always goes above and beyond as my service manager. All of the staff at Downtown Toyota of Oakland are extremely attentive to customers. The service team are the best & I have tried the hillto manager. All of the staff at Downtown Toyota of Oakland are extremely attentive to customers. The service center was prompt and diligent in figuring out the problem. They were clear and concise describing the problem and the solution. I do wish it were easier to reach the service desk on the out the problem. They were clear and concise describing the problem and the solution.
