Worst buying experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! The finance manager, Abdul, was extremely rude. His comments were demeaning. When my husband and I came to purchase the car we had to go to the bank The finance manager, Abdul, was extremely rude. His comments were demeaning. When my husband and I came to purchase the car we had to go to the bank to get a check and we wanted to double check the name on the check matched the finance contract. When we came back to the dealership we asked Abdul if we can double check the contract to make sure the name on the check matched the business name on the contract and Abdul started saying that we were accusing him of fraud or lying which was not the case we simply wanted to double check the contract. Abdul got so angry he threw all our contract papers at me and yelled “get out of my office NOW”. It really upset me and he wouldn’t be reasonable and let me talk anymore. He kicked us out of the office. My husband complained to the sales manager what happened and was told to write up a report and give it to him. I literally got in my new car I just purchased and started crying because the entire situation stressed me out. Here in supposed to be happy for purchasing a new car and I’m super upset because of this finance managers actions. This was absolutely disgusting behavior and nobody should ever be subject to this kind of behavior when purchasing a car from a dealership! He needs to be fired. More
