I trust that the folks working on my car know what they’re doing. In terms of the employees that you interact with to pay for the service visits, it varies from person to person. For example, on my la they’re doing. In terms of the employees that you interact with to pay for the service visits, it varies from person to person. For example, on my last visit, the $50 off offer made to me in a phone call and on a coupon wasn’t honored. I ended up getting $45 off so I didn’t make a big fuss, but it left me with a bad impression that they didn’t want to honor the offer made to me. More
