The fact that it takes 6 hours for an oil change should be reason enough. I also was quoted a 12pm timeframe for completion and my car wasn’t ready until close to 3pm only after I CALLED to follow up. I al be reason enough. All of the representatives were attentive and friendly, and when I dropped off my vehicle, I was attended to right away. Kevin Goh is knowledgeable, affable, and thorough. The service was good however I only had a regular maintenance done which took over three hours to complete. I had made an Appointment for 7:15 AM and thought it shouldn’t take that long so I would wa maintenance done which took over three hours to complete.
