I was standing second in line while the service agent was serving the first person in line. However, a woman pulls up with her car and the service agent serves her next instead of me. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. They lied about having a car on their floor when they didn’t. This is important because we picked them over a dealership that honestly told us that they c lied about having a car on their floor when they didn’t. This is important because we picked them over a dealership that honestly told us that they couldn’t have the car we wanted sourced until the end of the month. So they clearly misrepresented a competitive advantage they didn’t have. We decided to go through with the purchase anyway and made the full down payment for it on their promise that the car would be delivered in 2-3 days. But despite several follow ups over many days, we haven’t received the vehicle, but not even a receipt for the down payment. My biggest regret in this purchase would be picking this dealership over a more transparent competitor. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Each person in the dealership needs to take trainings in professional ethics. More
