First appt ever at this dealership on 7/21 @ 8:45am. I got lost since I’ve never been to this dealership and live in Hayward. Finally got here at 9am and turns out, I had to wait 3.5hrs for an oil change got lost since I’ve never been to this dealership and live in Hayward. Finally got here at 9am and turns out, I had to wait 3.5hrs for an oil change!! The wait time seemed like it was for someone that walked in and requested an appointment. My entire morning was wasted waiting on a 20mins oil change! Never coming back to this dealership! More
