Usually service is good at this dealer but this time not so much. 2 parts had to be ordered but only 1 came in. The other part was ordered but was the wrong part so they had to order the correct one. They installed part #1 and said car was ok to drive without part #2and they would let me know when it arrived. The next day the original problem started happening again so I immediately took it back to dealer. Clearly part #1 was installed incorrectly. Luckily part #2 had arrived so the fixed # 1 and installed #2. But then they wanted to charge me $100 over the original estimate! Even though it was issues caused by the dealer that required me to bring the car in a 2nd time. The service advisor did finally give me a price that was fair which I appreciated. But the whole experience was not good and not what I expect from this dealer. More
