Derek and the other sales guy, Tariq, were both very helpful and professional, would rate them both 5 stars. The finance guy, Abdul, was not so great, and he was very pushy and condescending. He did not helpful and professional, would rate them both 5 stars. The finance guy, Abdul, was not so great, and he was very pushy and condescending. He did not have much tact and kept trying to push maintenance packages even though we said no repeatedly. He almost made us walk from the deal due to his lack of professionalism. The deal took way longer than needed due to his argumentative tactics to try to sell us additional add ons. More
