We have been with Downtown Toyota for years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. We bought both our Prius through them and they have helped us take wonderful care of our cars. Love my 2021 Tundra TRD Pro. Salesman Jeff worked the deal that I honestly didn’t think could be saved. Finance manager JD was awesome. He made sure I test drove my potential vehicle and found a sales ta deal that I honestly didn’t think could be saved. Finance manager JD was awesome. This service level has gotten lower over the years. I got my car serviced and estimated time for repair was 5-6 weeks over. My service agent was good and transparent about some of the issues I was having. The pricing for labor seems to be really inflated. More
Had to schedule an emergency service appointment as my beloved Outback was being towed to the service location . The customer service rep, Moyra (not sure the exact spelling) managed to assuage my fear th beloved Outback was being towed to the service location . Mike, service dept rep called me and would again once the car was assessed . Couple hours later, he did, and with news that wasn’t as catastrophic as I’d been planning to hear . Before the day’s end, Ru and I were back on the road as if nothing had happened . Thx crew! More
