I have brought my 2007 Prius to Downtown Toyota since I bought it new and have received excellent service. The only major repair has been a new water pump at 50,000 miles which surprised me. Also, the tire bought it new and have received excellent service. The only major repair has been a new water pump at 50,000 miles which surprised me. Also, the tire pressure sensors needed complete replacement at 60,000, and one of these failed again in less than two years. I regard this as a Toyota parts problem and not a service problem. Other than that and one headlamp replacement my headache has been having my catalytic converter stolen twice in the last two years while parked as always in my under building assigned parking space. I regard this as Covid craziness. Downtown Toyota Asst. Service Manager Daniel helpfullydirected me to a muffler shop that riveted a custom cut steel plate over the entire converter area. I hope it works. I love the car and it rides beautifully so I really want to keep it for years more. More

I brought my car in for a 5 point inspection to prepare for a road trip. They did not put air in the tires( I know this bevause a day later the light went on alerting that the tire pressure was low) Also, for a road trip. They did not put air in the tires( I know this bevause a day later the light went on alerting that the tire pressure was low) Also, a day after picking up my car, the driver’s side window now has a problem closing which was not an issue before I brought it in. Assuming they changed the oil, I was charged $92 for an oil change and nothing else. When I came to pick up the car, nobody gave me a run down of what was done, just sent me to the cashier. I will not be bringing my Subaru back here More
