Patrick was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure my tire was replaced in a timely manner, on a day that was a bit hectic with crazy amounts of rain (he could have turned me away and told me to sure my tire was replaced in a timely manner, on a day that was a bit hectic with crazy amounts of rain (he could have turned me away and told me to make an appointment). Patrick continued the stellar service, after Subaru corporate scolded me for not first filing a flat tire claim through their warranty procedures. Honestly, on a heavy rain day and the Subaru being my only car in a non-public transportation area during covid, I was more concerned with getting safely back on the rainy road. Patrick shared that same concern. When the Subaru warranty rep explained that I had messed up, Patrick was there to help resolve the issue. He remained clam and professional and also included his boss to explain that he (Patrick) had also made a mistake and wanted to make it right. The situation could have even more heighten and awful but Patrick made sure to prevent that from happening. More
