Returned to resolve issue after having it serviced there. After hearing several times prior to the bringing the car back and while I was there - "it's nothing we did"- I became frustrated. I have used the downtown Toyota service for two Priuses since 2012. Always excellent service, fair price, and always able to get an appointment.
