Service person was Kevin. Show up for 130k service. Service person was Kevin. Show up for 130k service. Ended up buying tires because it wouldn’t take to long! Spent around $2500-$2600 total. As soon as I left low tire alarm came on, I let it go for few days. I call Kevin and tell him about the issue. He tells me that there is no way for him to know that tire sensors were bad. I told him but you just sold me all new tire and balance you could have replace them. So I said what’s the cost and I also told him that they should be replaced at no cost. He said he can’t do that. So I said how much? That was couple weeks ago. I’m still waiting for call from him! I just might take my business else. I should have purchased tires elsewhere. Not happy with service. More
