Brought my car in after I had multiple issues with it starting. Car was kept for 2 days where they "could not duplicate issue" and insisted everything was in perfect working condition and it was user err starting. Car was kept for 2 days where they "could not duplicate issue" and insisted everything was in perfect working condition and it was user error. The next day, it didn't start again. Brought it in elsewhere where they replaced the battery and now it's without issue. I also received a recall notice for the battery from Subaru in the mail a few days later. Basically - they did not fix my issue, made me think I didn't know how to operate my car, and I got it fixed elsewhere. More
