I’ve never done business with unprofessional, no correct information on any update, or any calls on my cars repair. I can’t believe Duke in your service department still has a Job. Everyone at the dealership said this guy is no good. This is what the sales, manager of service, lady that works the phone’s . She says good luck leaving him a message, he never calls back a customer. She goes on to say “ Who do you think customers are complaining about “ him . I couldn’t even get Duke to make sure the car was charged before I drive down to pick it up . I have a Tesla app that keeps me updated from if the window or door are open , or how many miles left on the car. Duke left the car the first time with only 15 miles to drive home . I almost didn’t make it home . He tells me the shop has no charge adapter to plug in for Tesla . He said for me to buy an adapter, and bring one over to the shop . He told me this would help him out. I contacted them about availability of a 68 Camaro. They never sent me any Info about the car I requested even though I requested the information several times. The dealership sent me several e-mails asking if I was interested in a new car but nothing about the car I requested. Finally had to tell them to stop emailing me if they can't provide what I requested. Poor company to work with. More
