The service center there is poor! In the past 2yrs they have damaged my Outback with dings & scratches & scraps! Vern and the staff at Oakland Toyota are super awesome. I had a check engine light come on before going in to work, and went in as a walk in. They were able to accommodate me and diagnose my vehicle with I had a check engine light come on before going in to work, and went in as a walk in. My sales rep was able to listen to my requests and meet my needs. I was able to walk out of the dealership with a brand new car. Steering suddenly became wonky while driving on the freeway. Drove straight to Subaru service department, where welcoming understanding Subaru people immediately found a nail in the right rear tire and freeway.
