I arrived at Downtown Toyota late afternoon with an idea of what I wanted and what I was willing to spend out the door. Downtown Toyota made it happen for me very quickly. No high pressure sales tactics, ju of what I wanted and what I was willing to spend out the door. Downtown Toyota made it happen for me very quickly. No high pressure sales tactics, just "tell me what you want and what YOUR terms are and we will try to make it happen." They did. This the 4th Toyota in my immediate family and the 9th or more in my extended family. Truth be told, the happy energy call back I received after my inquiry is what got me in the door. The sales associate and finance person made the experience a pleasure. Would I use Downtown Toyota again? Yes! Would I recommend Downtown Toyota to others? I already have. More
