Great experience. Love my new car! Ray helped me every step of the way. Advertised prices are thousands below actual prices I was shopping for a '16 Leaf. They advertised an SL for ~$14,900, but when I got in their actual base price had a "CPO fee" of $1600 and a "refurb fe I was shopping for a '16 Leaf. They advertised an SL for ~$14,900, but when I got in their actual base price had a "CPO fee" of $1600 and a "refurb fee" of $700, so their actual "starting point" for negotiations was $2300 more than advertised. The seller pulled all the slimy used car salesman tricks- "this offer is only good for tonight (it was ~9PM), what can I do to earn your business right now", held onto my keys while they evaluated my trade to keep me from walking out. Tons of high pressure tricks. Virtually everything he said to me was technically true but crafted to mislead- the CPO warranty on a Leaf isn't worth the paper it's printed on (it may be better for a gas car), but he kept trying to make it sound super great, and didn't mention the original, still-applicable OEM warranty still applied. Eventually he "haggled" down about $2500, after an HOUR, to get to the price listed on the website- what I thought would be the STARTING point of negotiations. He assured me this was their best offer... until I was on the way home and he texted offering another $500 off. At this point I've completely lost trust in them and wouldn't consider even looking at their website. I worked with Jonathan Strickland with a quick visit from an angry Ray Pritchard. Steer clear of these guys. More

Faulty CVT is longterm chronic problem Our Altima we had in for a transmission replacement was the 4th new Nissan we have bought, the 2nd one bought from Downtown Nashville Nissan. When you Our Altima we had in for a transmission replacement was the 4th new Nissan we have bought, the 2nd one bought from Downtown Nashville Nissan. When you have to replace your transmission at 65000 miles and at a cost of $4300 because your dealer failed to disclose a longterm chronic problem with the Nissan CVT, it tends to put a bitter taste in your mouth that no amount of customer service can remove. I doubt very much that Nissan can do anything to earn my trust of the brand again and will probably take my business elsewhere. Doug and Joan Bowes More

We visited a few other dealerships but none were as accommodating and relaxed as Downtown Nashville Nissan. Our salesman, Wes, understood our desires and concerns and was totally chill throughout the process. We actually enjoyed the experience and would certainly recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the market. More

We get there 20 minutes early and ask for Billy per our instructions. A guy named Elvis came out and said Billy wasn’t there. He asked what car we had to sell and what car we were interested in. Once we told him he goes to talk to a manager, and comes back and says no managers are available that we need to make an appointment for tomorrow between 9-5! How is it that we make an appointment on the dealerships schedule for 5:15 today and they refuse to help us when we arrive. I’ll not be buying anything from this dealership, and will be telling my friends, family members and coworkers to not do business this dealership. Horrible customer service! More

Upon first encounter he is very obnoxious, rude and condescending. At 740am I stead of saying “good morning” or greeting me, the customer, his first words are this wait is 31/2 hours are you going to wait that long? Plus you need tires ASAP! His approach is very condescending and nasty. I am told he is the top sales service man at this location and in the nation but top sales should NEVER trump simple home training of knowing how to talk to ppl and knowing how to provide the basics in customer service. Thankful for Mgr Rick Danton who has saved the day and my return each month to this dealership. More
False advertising Price advertised is not what they’re willing to sell for. My car was actually 10k more than the advertised price. 4 days after we signed a contract an Price advertised is not what they’re willing to sell for. My car was actually 10k more than the advertised price. 4 days after we signed a contract and I’d had the car, they called saying that they needed some more information to complete the employee discount (so that they didn’t get charged) and that I’d need to come back to sign a new contract without the discount if not. Which would be a breach of the contract we already had. Trying to scare me into paying for their mistake. They called and text me at least 8 times during the work day expecting a response immediately. I will never be buying another vehicle here and would strongly recommend you not to. More
