My experience with Downtown Nashville Nissan was absolutely wonderful! It was smooth just like the purchase of a new vehicle should be. I got an AMAZING deal and everyone I encountered was super pleasant. I was out in less than 2 hours with my brand new 2013 Sentra with all of a wopin' 3 miles! Shout out to Justin Smith, Robert Green & Saxon! You all are absolutely great and immensely helpful. Now if I can stop all of the pone calls and emails from other car dealers! ;) Thanks again! More
We purchased a barely used 2012 Nissan Quest from Downtown Nashville Nissan. Our experience was great. We worked with Justin Woodall and Clement Lehman on the purchase over the phone before arriving Downtown Nashville Nissan. Our experience was great. We worked with Justin Woodall and Clement Lehman on the purchase over the phone before arriving. We live out of state and decide to fly in and drive the car back home. Justin met us at the airport and drove us to the dealership 30 minutes before they opened on a Saturday. They were all very professional and got us in and out of there in a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Nissan. More
Great experience! I highly recommend going to Downtown Nashville Nissan. Natasha was very nice and knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask questions and answered the questions I had. Saxon was also really Nashville Nissan. Natasha was very nice and knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask questions and answered the questions I had. Saxon was also really nice and worked really hard to find the best possible deal for me and came through. They made the whole buying experience really easy. I couldn't be happier with my 2012 Dodge Journey. More
Great experience. Jim really wanted our business and was happy to entertain our deal points. He was open, friendly and knowledgable. We were very pleased with our visit to this dealership. Our salesman Mike was very informative and courteous and didn't approach us like the majority of salesmen do. I refer to them as vultures. I just purchased a 2013 370Z from Downtown Nashville Nissan and could not be more pleased with every aspect of the entire process. I initially contacted several local Nissan dealers via the Nissan USA Nissan and could not be more pleased with every aspect of the entire process. I initially contacted several local Nissan dealers via the Nissan USA website, with a very detailed build specification for the car I was looking for, and not one single local dealership could do as I requested without harassing me with endless emails, phone calls (and I didn’t even provide them a phone number) asking me for information that was already provided to them via my original request. I was finally so off put with the responses I was getting, I contacted Downtown Nashville Nissan (about 100 miles from where I live) with the same request. Almost immediately, I received a message they were looking into it, followed shortly afterwards with confirmation they had located the only (2) of this particular model & options in the entire country. A couple of emails later and Downtown Nashville Nissan had secured the car, arranged transportation, set up to receive my security deposit funds via wire, and confirmed the additional accessories I wanted installed on the car. They kept me informed of everything right up to the time of arrival to pick up the car. The paperwork process went smoothly and quickly, as did the review of the car options, manuals, etc. I can’t compliment everybody at Downtown Nashville Nissan enough, especially Benjamin Farmer, Clement Lehman and Garrett Mayfield. In 25+ years of buying vehicles, they are the most professional dealership I have ever done business with. They should be recognized as the standard by which all others are measured. More
I live in the middle Tennessee area and finally had everything lined up to purchase my LEAF. I shopped every dealer within 100 miles of my home with a ridiculous low-ball offer and everyone came back everything lined up to purchase my LEAF. I shopped every dealer within 100 miles of my home with a ridiculous low-ball offer and everyone came back with a counter offer. Everyone that is, except DNN which came back with... "we can sell it to you for $53 less than your offer"?!? What's up with that? So I went to my band and had them draw up a counter check for the exact amount, so that I could easily walk when they started adding on all the extras. I arrived at the dealership at 5:30pm on a Friday night, met Arisha & took a quick test drive. I'd already had an extended test drive and was sold, but it let me realize I'd just met the first Nissan sales person who knew more about the LEAF than I did. That was a nice surprise. I explain to Arisha that I was already sold, loved the price, had a check from the bank with me and would like to get out as quickly as I could. I had my 5 & 6 year old daughters with me & dreaded spending the evening at a car dealership with the two of them getting bored. Everything went well, except there was only one person there who did the part where you sign the check and get the key. From my understanding there are usually two of these people at the dealership, but the second left at 5pm on Friday. There was a couple in before me who were having problems with financing or something and ended up waiting about 2 hours on them to finish up for my 5 minute meeting. The waiting was not fun, but they do have TVs which they let me put on kid's movies and a playroom which my kids rolled about. Arisha stayed with up the whole time, soothed my girls when they bumped heads in the play room and was a "good hang" the whole time. She never got tired of us or at least never let me feel she did LoL I've been back several times to use my NissanOneToOne Rewards (free car rentals for long trips) and I've looked for her to let my girls give her a hug, but sadly we've missed her so far. I love my LEAF and am grateful to have bought it from Downtown Nashville Nissan, I was treated well & got a great deal on the car! More
Natasha Watson was quick in sending information to me on email after our phone call. She is very nice and I could tell that she knew what the dealership had on the lot and from others. She walked me through email after our phone call. She is very nice and I could tell that she knew what the dealership had on the lot and from others. She walked me through with a vehicle I purchased there to really ensure that it was going to meet my needs. She knew I was looking for a certain vehicle and asked me pertinent question that made me think about what I wanted in the truck. She was very courteous to me and my family. She also didn't try to pressure me at all in any one vehicle. She listen to me carefully and and worked through all the options. My experience here was great and I recommend any one looking on the internet to go and see Downtown Nashville Nissan for there car buying experience. More
I was looking for a new altima to buy and to shop around to see what they got at a good deal and rate. What separtate from Jim and the rest of the Downtown Nissan crew was when the altima was too much in t to see what they got at a good deal and rate. What separtate from Jim and the rest of the Downtown Nissan crew was when the altima was too much in terms of budget they especially Jim took the time to look at other alternative vehicles to get. Then a deal pop up for a 2012 Nissan Versa S Hatchback brand new, never been owned and need to be sold one of the last two Hatchbacks on the lot the payments and the extended warranty was great and good enough for me to take the car. it couldn't be better then this. Customer Service was above and beyond and I was taken care of from beginning to end. I would recommend Downtown Nissan for future customers. More
Jim Ransom was very professional and and at the same time, personable. He answered every question we had frankly and truthfully, even if it wasn't necessarily "good news" for him or the automobile in qu time, personable. He answered every question we had frankly and truthfully, even if it wasn't necessarily "good news" for him or the automobile in question. His low key manner was a real contrast to the stereotypical "car salesman" image. Nicely done, Jim! More
