I gave this rating because I was in a tough situation. My 2010 Nissan Murano needed about $1,200 worth of work. I went in and explained my situation and I was in a brand new car by the time I left. We had first communicated with Natasha through email to set up a test drive with the vehicle we wanted to look at. I was looking for a car with the right features . Jim found one that was not on the lot list. He paid attention to what I was looking for. I was actually going to look at another brand of car that had al found one that was not on the lot list. He paid attention to what I was looking for. I was actually going to look at another brand of car that had all the features and already had my credit approved. But Jim worked with me till we got the numbers right (great job) most dealers here a number and tack on,he worked with it . Because he worked with it I did not leave and go where I could get another deal. Don't get me wrong it was not about price , nissan makes a wonderful product and I have owned several.its just nice to have a good experiace even from the other staff. Thank you More

Purchasing a vehicle can be a bit nerve racking, but there was never any sales pressure from any one of these men - just patience and great customer service! More
I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue and I was currently driving a 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan. We talked and once I had all of my paperwork I proceeded to drive to the dealership. Once there Justin showed me a number of different cars that were in my budget, but fell in love with a 2011 Nissan Altima. Justin Smith worked through his lunch and I am sure several breaks to make sure I had something reliable and cost effective. I would recommend anyone to go see him, he truly cares about what you need and looking for and is nt pushy or secretive. He tells it like it is, and is willing to go the extra mile. More
The salesman (Michael Cart) is a true go getter and immediately understood my expectations along with the rest of the staff trying to earn my loyalty after having such a poor previous experience. These people were great. So helpful, accomodating. I have bought my last 7 cars from a small family dealership in Ohio. Didnt expect a "big city" dealership to be sooooo accomodating. I purchased my 2013 Nissan Leaf in March 2013 from Downtown Nashville Nissan but I live in Sevier County which is located in the eastern part of Tennessee. The deal was completed through email and a couple of phone calls well before we made the trip to Nashville. Natasha Watson was very courteous and went to great strides to make the purchase of my new vehicle a smooth and pleasant one. Downtown Nashville Nissan had a wide selection of the new right off the assembly line Nissan Leafs and I was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Natasha was willing to work with me and so we came to an agreement to make the sale. She even offered to have the vehicle full of gas when we arrived but since the Leaf doesn’t have a gas tank, I told her she better not. Unfortunately, Natasha was not able to be there on the Saturday we rode the bus into Nashville. Arisha Welker stepped up to the plate and met us at the bus station in her own Leaf. Arisha walked us through the unique avenues of owning an electric vehicle. She walked us through the full set up of the car and got the Bluetooth to recognize my phone. There is an app called Carwings for the Leaf which she also helped get loaded on my phone. Great service all around. Tshombe Demby is the finance guy who walked us through the purchase and laid everything out so that we would know exactly what we were paying. Again great service. With a full charge in the vehicle, we left Downtown Nashville Nissan feeling great about our new car and the buying experience. These folks are some of the good guys. More
What an awesome experience!! This was my first new car purchase, and I was dreading it! However, after many conversations with Justin Smith, who was very patient with my indecision, I finally decided to j purchase, and I was dreading it! The day that I had time to go, Justin wasn't available, so Jim Ransome helped me make the purchase. Between Jim and Saxon Reynolds it was a nearly painless process (I say NEARLY simply because of my tightwad nature, that kind of money HURTS!!). There was no stress, no worry, no pressure. We found the exact Rogue I wanted and at the end of the day, I had the car of my dreams. And since we had expected they would have to order the one I wanted I had driven alone to the dealership, so they delivered my car to me the very next day. AWESOME!! Thanks, guys, for an incredible car buying experience!! I will recommend my boyfriend go to Downtown Nashville Nissan when he is ready for his next car later this year, even though there are 2 other Nissan dealerships closer to us. More
