That's n I went in expecting to be haggled about every little detail. Without argument, Downtown Nashville Nissan had an amazing price on a new Rogue! That's not the reason we chose to drive 30 minutes further than a closer dealership though. The customer service and willingness to go out of their way to be the best is what sold us on Downtown Nashville Nissan! Other dealerships may lure you in with cookies, this dealership delivers on above and beyond service. What a great experience!! More
Very pleasant experience I visited several dealerships in the Nashville area and Downtown Nashville Nissan was by far the best experience I had! The service was great - Matthe I visited several dealerships in the Nashville area and Downtown Nashville Nissan was by far the best experience I had! The service was great - Matthew and the others we worked with were very friendly and really listened to my preferences to find the best car for me. They didn't pressure me into buying something out of my budget or adding extra packages - it felt like they were truly most concerned with my satisfaction, not their sales. I appreciated their honesty and friendliness! Highly recommend! More
Your Typical Car Dealership--Sales Tricks and Pressure From the moment we walked into Downtown Nashville Nissan, I knew what we were in for. We waited around 10 minutes for them to find a salesman. As we w From the moment we walked into Downtown Nashville Nissan, I knew what we were in for. We waited around 10 minutes for them to find a salesman. As we were told, the dealership was "very busy," although there wasn't another customer in sight. We had done extensive online research and had already test-driven and priced two competing vehicles, so we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to drive and how much we were willing to pay. The set-up for the test drive took at least thirty minutes, and we were bombarded with questions about our lifestyle, employment, etc. We were then told that we qualified for a "great deal!" Once we got back inside, we were presented with a sales sheet with numbers that were far above MSRP--and at least 4,000 above online Truecar and Edmunds prices. This was their bottom line, we were told. Once we got up from our chairs and started to say thank you but no thank you, the price miraculously dropped by about 3,000. Of course. We were then shuffled to another salesperson, a manager, etc. After hours of negotiating, we had a price that we liked. The Nissan was by far our favorite car, so while we were loath to continue with this dealership, we didn't feel as though we had another choice. We're the type of people to read the fine print, and as we began to pore over the paperwork, the numbers just didn't seem to add up. We wanted to take a night to review the contract, and when we quoted the contract language that required that we have time to review the contract, the pressure really started. We reviewed the numbers, called other dealerships for price quotes, and ultimately decided to come back to Downtown Nashville Nissan because the process was already started. Our experiences at other dealerships, most notably Crest Honda, were absolutely wonderful. The sales team at Crest was honest, straight-forward, and low-pressure. We did eventually buy the Nissan at this dealership, because it was the car that best fit our needs, but we wished that we could have taken our business elsewhere. The Nissan dealership in Cool Springs had comparable prices and the people I spoke with were straightforward and clear--if we could start over, we would have worked with them. Natasha was the one exception to the high-pressure sales tactics and sneaky car dealer techniques; she was wonderful from start to finish. If you absolutely MUST buy at Downtown Nashville Nissan (and I highly recommend that you don't)--speak with her. More

Working with Garrett was the best experience for car buying. He was outstanding in his knowledge of the vehicle, was very patient with my Wife and teaching her the ins and outs of the car. The whole exp buying. He was outstanding in his knowledge of the vehicle, was very patient with my Wife and teaching her the ins and outs of the car. The whole experience was great and I would recommend anyone to this dealership and would recommend Garrett for sure. I also worked with Glenda who is also very knowledgeable of the workings of the auto. She gave us a tour of the place and was introduced to any/all employees that were available. Needless to say, we have never been treated as professionally and friendly at a dealership, as the whole staff treated us on our visit. More
Downtown Nashville Nissan really knows customer care and service. Yesterday we purchased our second Nissan from Downtown Nashville Nissan. Over the years we have owned six Nissan cars and trucks. Because of service. Yesterday we purchased our second Nissan from Downtown Nashville Nissan. Over the years we have owned six Nissan cars and trucks. Because of product satisfaction, dependability and lack of problems with our past Nissans we wanted to purchase another Nissan product. Even after a great sales and service experience with Downtown Nashville Nissan on a vehicle purchase three years ago, yesterday was truly an amazing display of customer care and service. I researched online the model, color, and accessories we desired. I communicated our wants on a car and our needs on pricing and financing, by email with Downtown Nashville Nissan. Over the course of a few emails Robert Green identified a car meeting our wants and sent us pictures and specifications. He also stated Downtown Nashville Nissan would make every effort to meet all our needs on price and financing. I went into the showroom at Downtown Nashville Nissan yesterday afternoon to see the color and to confirm the accessory package. I was warmly welcomed as I walked into the dealership and I gave my name to reception. In a matter of seconds Ricky Gillilan, the sales consultant I worked with three years ago appeared. Ricky stated he was aware of my emails with their internet staff and was having the car discussed brought to the showroom for me to view. The car was everything I had asked for. Ricky then accompanied me on an informative test drive. He described the accessories and other specifications of the car, and how they may differ or were improvements on my trade in. While I was taking the test drive, Downtown Nashville Nissan evaluated my trade in. When I returned from the test drive, I discussed with Ricky the price and financing I wanted. In five minutes, I bought the exact car I wanted with the financial terms I needed. While my new car was being readied, Glenda Bradbury went over the owner’s manual and warranty information with me. Saxon Reynolds then reviewed with me the various sale documents, making sure I fully understood all of them. My wife was not able to come with me to Downtown Nashville Nissan because of work commitments, so they sent a member of their staff to my wife’s office to discuss with her the terms I had agreed to for our new car purchase. The entire experience at Downtown Nashville Nissan from the time I walked into the showroom till I left with our new car took a little over an hour. Downtown Nashville Nissan fulfilled everything I asked for in a very short time frame. I highly recommend Downtown Nashville if you want experience wonderful customer care and service. More
I brought my 350z a couple of months ago. Matt Giorgio was extraordinary in his service! I love my z. The service center is ok. When I brought my Z a rattling noise would be made in the back of the car. A was extraordinary in his service! I love my z. The service center is ok. When I brought my Z a rattling noise would be made in the back of the car. As of today (03-27-14) the noise is still being made. I've taken it back a whopping total of 12 times... The service departments turn over/around time is at an all time high. I would purchase a car from this location, but would get service elsewhere ... More

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Juke and s don't think I could have picked a better dealership and since this is my first Nisssn...it made it that much better!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Juke and so grateful for Garrett and Rob helping me. But...it would be awesome if Garrett, the manager I squeezed back in the office, and the gentleman eho helped me with my paperwork would get together and take their behinds to New Orleans!!! Lol! And Rib had that fatherly spirit when he advised me on the car and educated me about the mechanics of credit. That's what a customer needed :-) More
I visited the Downtown Nashville Nissan dealership for the sole purpose of acquiring a new Leaf. I wanted a particular color and options and they did not have it. I worked with Jim Ransom.
