Found the perfect car on cars.com and contacted them from there. Their follow up was quick and consistent from that day on. We live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so most of our conversations were all by email or phone, but it was so simple, and I felt very comfortable asking questions. We never felt pressured, and I could tell all the answers to our questions were genuine. We were already familiar with the vehicle we had inquired about. Derek was our primary contact and he was able to let us know everything we needed to know to decide on making the purchase. We decided we definitely wanted to buy the vehicle, but we wouldn't be able to drive down for a few more days, and we had a winter storm coming. Derek offered to bring the car to us 2 1/2 hours away to beat the bad weather! And for no additional fees!! This was unheard of for us. Most other dealers we've purchased from in town will barely even offer to order the vehicle we want or go out of their way to find something. 2 1/2 hours later, we met with Derek, completed all the paperwork, traded vehicles, and were on our way in our awesome new car!! My husband and I just can't believe how simple, quick, and enjoyable this purchase has been. It was by far the best experience we've ever had buying a car (we've bought a lot :/) and we didn't even step foot on their lot! Best Car Buying Experience Ever I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience with Downtown Nashville Nissan. Best car buying experience I've ever had. My wife an I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience with Downtown Nashville Nissan. Best car buying experience I've ever had. My wife and I said we would put $1500 down and trade in her old Chevy Malibu that wasn't worth much. We said we wanted our payment to be no more than $325 a month, which I felt may be unrealistic for what we wanted our car to include. We found a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select with the convenience package on the website. We liked the price and set up an appointment. Our salesperson, Adrian, was ready to greet us with the car. Within 15 minutes of getting there, we had looked at the car and were on the test drive. We told Adrian we were on a strict budget and could only afford $325 a month. All Adrian wanted from us was a commitment. I told him I loved the car and we would leave with the car that day for $325 a month. He said, "that's all I needed." He came back 5 minutes later saying "Congratulations, you just bought a new car." There was no haggling, no back and forth, no temptation to get up and walk out. Not only Adrian, but the sales manager, the customer loyalty manager, and the finance manager were all super nice and great to work with. I felt everyone truely wanted me to get the best car for the best price. We now have a brand new car with 13 miles on it with a payment less then what I'm making on a used 2011 Mazda 3. We told our family about how good the experience was. My brother-in-law went to the dealership and had a great experience with another saleperson and ended up buying the exact same Rogue in a different color. As of right now, I plan to go back to Downtown Nashville Nissan for my next car purchase. Keep up the good work! More
