I was looking at the computer on Derek's desk and looked like he had a 2015 Nissan Sentra on the screen. I had told Derek that if I were going to buy a car that it would be a used car. First of all, no car was discussed, new or used and was not even showed a car. Now since he ran my credit had a hard on it and lowered my score. Was only interested in my trade and income, which he was aware of my income. So in essence, why would my credit even be ran knowing my income was not even close to being to buy a car. The night before coming to the dealership, I had told him over the phone about my income, what I might be interested in what my trade was and was up front with all my information. I felt that I should have never gone to the dealership to even try to buy a car, but was given false hope. And when he came back test driving my trade, he came back to his desk, handled my car key to me and that my credit was too low and my income was too low. What a waste of my time. Now your inquiry will be on my credit report until 2017 and even my score was low, I had been working on getting my score higher and now thanks to him your inquiry made a hard hit on my score. I think that I may still file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
