Terrible experience. My mother and I went in to buy a car. I was ready to purchase and new what I wanted. Ricky was extremely helpful, funny, laid-back, and honest with everything I asked him. It felt like I was talking to a long time friend as opposed to a car salesman that I had never met. The next day, he even came in and met me on his day off! Bottom line, Ricky got me hooked up with an awesome new Platinum Pathfinder that my wife and kids desperately needed and it was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Oh, one other thing, Ricky also went to North Carolina personally to get my wife's new car and is personally delivering it to her today at our house as a surprise! New 2015 Rogue Purchase My wife and I do not purchase a new vehicle often, but I must say that we had the best experience we have ever had last Friday at Downtown Nashville My wife and I do not purchase a new vehicle often, but I must say that we had the best experience we have ever had last Friday at Downtown Nashville Nissan. We drove 150 miles to purchase our new Rogue. We went to this dealership on the suggestion of a friend in the area. We knew what we wanted and we knew where we wanted to be on the price and Downtown Nashville Nissan delivered. We both received much more than a new car at a good price. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed at the reception desk and directed to an area to freshen up, at our request. When we walked into the waiting lounge, we were greeted by Rob Armstrong. He took us to a desk and began the process. While we waited for him to get the papers in order, everyone, without exception, that passed the desk, smiled and greeted us as if we were old friends. Rob took us to the service department and introduced us to L.J., what an impressive young man and an immaculate service area. We had requested pin striping in gold. L.J. Waited until we arrived because he wanted to make certain, with all of the trim being silver, that we truly did want gold and not silver. He was right, the silver made much more sense. He applied it while we waited. He even had to send for silver tape, as they didn't have it in stock. We were assured by him and Rob, that we would be taken care of, and we were. As we checked the options, we realized that there was a different mirror than we had requested, not to worry, they took care of it while we waited. This was the most unbelievable car buying experience that we have ever had! Your staff at Downtown Nashville Nissan are top notch. We were introduced to several folks, personally, each one handling a different aspect of our purchase. All of them were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You have the best team in the business. Please be assured that we will recommend your dealership to everyone where we live and all of those that we know in and around Nashville. More
