This was the first time I was purchasing a car on my own and it's a pretty intimidating experience. I went to several dealerships, including a different Nissan dealership, and no one was able to give me what I wanted/needed. I finally ended up at Nissan Downtown, which was suppose to be my first stop. I told Mr. Anderson my situation and terms, and he put me at ease letting me know that this isn't a problem. Not only did he meet me at my terms, I got what I needed and wanted. I was able to leave with a brand new car in less than 24 hours! I'm so happy with my experience with Mr. Anderson and Nissan Downtown. I couldn't imagine doing business with anyone else. Thank you so much! More
Disappointed in the way we were treated We went to Nashville Nissan because of their listed internet prices and huge selection. Their selection is as promoted- many, many cars. Our salesman Anthony Dalton was helpful, considerate and patient in helping us find the Rogue we liked. At the first negotiation try- the value they offered for our car was quite low (but that is to be expected). What we didn't expect was their lack of acknowledging their internet listed discounts. When I didn't agree to the first numbers- we were handed off to the General sales manager who told us we didn't qualify for all the rebates- we had already done our research and knew we did. Once he realized we knew the numbers- he then began to criticize our trade - saying what all was wrong with it. I have never encountered a General Sales Manager with such a superior attitude. He let it be known that we were way below him and had no right to question him. Personally I recognize I am trading in a 4 year old car for a new Nissan- but no one likes to be made to feel like their possession is junk. We were humiliated by his attitude and words- so we felt it best to leave. More

CONTINUOUS HARRASSMENT Run away as fast as you can. Rob Armstrong in the used car sales is a uncaring SOB. He sends me nasty solicitations about the car that I love but am hating this dealership every time I receive a stinking letter from this wimp in a unmarked envelope. I am on my third attempt in 1.5 years to stop him. Quit being a bully Rob Armstrong! More

Service Rep is worthless Went by the dealership today and ask amout my XM no longer works, he never sad anything except I "its $105.00 to just look at it. Pricing Liers!! Had a Price request for New 2015 Nissan model and they shared OTD (including tax, other fees etc) Price that was appealing. While i was at the dealership they increased the OTD Price around 2000$ from the initial OTD Price. I was asking then why have you promised for OTD Price that you can't deliver? Reply from a sales rep on a other sales rep was "Person (Tom) is just 2 week old employee sent you the OTD price and he doesn't know the market value". I wonder how would they run their business with saying fault statement to earn a business!!! More
Untrue statements. I was dealing with Derek Anderson regarding trying to buy a car. I gave him all of my details and information and asked for my credit to not be ran no I was dealing with Derek Anderson regarding trying to buy a car. I gave him all of my details and information and asked for my credit to not be ran now. I was told that my credit would not be ran until approval was accepted. Now does that not make any sense? He never showed me a car, was just concerned about my trade. He went ahead and ran my credit and came with a credit score and was comparing my income and wanted me to have a cosigner. I told him up front that what my situation was and was given hope that I could buy a car. Now my credit has taken a hit by lowering my credit score. Why do people have to give them false hope and tell false statements. I would not recommend Downtown Nissan to anyone. More
