Poor service I had my car since oct 2016 in the shop 4 times it's no way a brand new car should be in.the shop.that many times in 4 months now they trying to charg I had my car since oct 2016 in the shop 4 times it's no way a brand new car should be in.the shop.that many times in 4 months now they trying to charge my $1200 for a fuel pump something that i didn't do I will never buy from them again & i dont recommend any of my friends and family to purchase there either More

When it came time to purchase the vehicle I decided on, however, everything changed. The "sales" price went up $5000 from the original price discussed before any test drives. During all of the sales "let me go see while you wait, and wait, and wait".... the sales manager came out and rudely attempted to play mind games about another car we were looking at purchasing from another dealer at the price we were willing to pay. He was VERY RUDE!! We did finally came to a price we both could agree upon. While they were "working on paperwork" another guy came and still tried to get us to pay another $500 over the original price! At financing we found out that the "included warranty" the sales guy and manager told us about costed extra. The extended warranty is always worth it from past experiences so we purchased it anyway. When the contract came time to sign the amount financed was $2000 more than it was supposed to be. After pointing it out the guy fixed it and acted as if it was a mistake. He seemed more like he had been caught and played the whole "I want to do what is best for you all" game NEVER NEVER NEVER buy even a free bottle of water from this place, they are total crooks! More

She also told me what would be coming upon my next visit. I was in and out as expected, and enjoyed the TV in while waiting. More
typical used car salesman so i got a 2011 ultima 3 months ago and already had to replace the wiper arm assembly, and the alternater just went out. Their full inspection didnt include these i guess. They refused to fix these problems saying it isnt covered under warranty. More

7 hours.... On 9/17/16, I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades put on. After the service was complete I was told my fr On 9/17/16, I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades put on. After the service was complete I was told my front brake pads were wearing and I needed to have them replaced soon. Now on the morning of 10/11/16, I bought my vehicle back to this same location to have front brake pads put on and to have my car cleaned as well. I checked in around 10:15 am and took a shuttle bus to a relatives home nearby to wait. I called a couple of times just to check on the status. I received a phone call around 3:34pm and was told rear brakes were put on. Now I am baffled and I told the rep that I didn't ask for that. I strongly believe a phone call should have been made to make me aware of the changes. Nonetheless, I arrived back at Nissan at 4:39 pm after calling and speaking to the service department manager "LJ". I explained who I was and what I was waiting on, and I asked if he knew why it was taking so long to have "brake pads" put on. He apologized, but he couldn't give me an answer. He kept repeating that my car was being dried. 5:20 pm now, and my car is pulled around still wet and the inside wasn't vacuumed. This was NOT a courtesy car wash, this was a wash I paid for. I got LJ's attention and asked why wasn't the inside cleaned, he explained he thought I was in a rush so they skipped it??? He drove it back himself and around 5:30 pm is when I actually left the dealership. Terrible would be an understatement to describe my experience here. I thought it was tacky and very unprofessional to say the least. 7 hours was the total time they were in possession of my vehicle. $266 was my total. I gave the rep a $50 dollar off coupon , which he explained it would now be $199.99 and $19.99 for the wash. He first quoted me $276. Does this make sense to anyone else? I don't mind the money especially when it comes to maintaining my vehicle, but as a paying customer I don't like to be lied to. More

I always thought Nissan was exceptional across the board but I realize now that is not the case. I asked for a car wash with my service and got an oil change. When my car came out it didn't even look like it was washed. I checked my oil after it had been sitting and the tip was black. When I went back to the dealership I showed the manager. Of course, he said it was all new oil but I can tell the mixed old with new. Unfortunately, with driving the old was mixed with the new. But when the car has been sitting it is black at the tip of the oil stick. I'm extremely disappointed and will never, ever go back there. More

When I asked the question, the "Manager named Chris" came over and tried to bully us into a purchase by misinforming us that "All the Nissan's are owned by the same owner in this area" and "You won't get that price anywhere because we mark up the price and then give you a sale price". Bullsh*t. We left and went to another local dealer where we got a great price for the same car AND with people who didn't try to lie and manipulate us. BEWARE, you are about to spend a lot of money, get what you deserve by using another dealer. More
